ABOUT OUR COMPANY
My name is Nancy Cornett. I am a graduate student for Home Watch Academy by Diane Pisani. As a Home Watch Reporter, we cater for seasonal residents and Permanent residents. We check the outside and inside of your homes. We check for visible signs, like your AC is running properly. We report to our clients for visible or unusual changes. We turn on the main water line, slowly & gingerly. Inside, we check for the temperature & humidity of the house. Check under sinks, check toilets, refrigerator, dishwasher, we check them all. Check them, from visible signs of leaks and discolorations.
OUR SERVICES
HOME WATCH SERVICES
We check all areas of your property, the interior and exterior of your homes and unusual sights or burglary. We then report all these to the client, with documents and pictures, every visit.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
We provide Concierge services to make your life simpler! like meeting a vendor or deliveries to your house, while you're away.
-We water your plants indoors, outdoors, should be done at least once a week.
-Additionally: Lanai Pressure Washing.
CLEANING SERVICES
My Son Robby and I are doing Cleaning Services. We do a very detailed work. Two hours of work for two people is good, that is equivalent to 4 labor hours. We deliver a time efficient and detailed work. We are located in PGI, we can come to surrounding towns also, Port Charlotte, Deep Creek. Our price is reasonable. Quality not Quantity,
